Ivanov reviews the questionnaire, and within two days of receiving the design project, returns a Room Redesign Action Plan Report with her specific recommendations, along with photos and links to any new items the homeowner can then purchase themselves. She also offers over-the-phone room advice—a 30-minute consultation costs only $30.
